How do we know if our reservation is confirmed?

We will send you a text, email or both after you book your stay, and we will send you reminder messages as your arrival date approaches.

Will we like the neighborhood?

We only choose locations in the finest upscale neighborhoods of the Coachella Valley.

Can we add Concierge Services after we arrive?

Yes. Adding Concierge Services is easy and fast. Give us a call and we’ll have a driver, butler and more to your home quickly.

Your homes are state of the art. Will we be able to easily operate them?

Yes. We offer full instructions on every system, from AC to entertainment, and we’re also available by phone and text to answer any questions that you may have.

Do you welcome pets in your vacation rental homes?

Yes only domestic cats and small dogs are welcome.

Can we extend our stay once we’re there?

We are happy to extend your stay if the home you are staying in isn’t booked soon after your original departure date. Please contact us if you decide to stay longer and we will do our very best to assist you.

Can we cancel our stay in advance?

Yes you can, as long as you let us know at least 60 Days before your arrival date.
