It is rare that a rental property is exactly as advertised, but this house is. Our family and friends had a great time here. The house is open, airy and clean, with plenty of space and privacy–and plenty of televisions! The host, Hector, was kind, generous and responsive. House is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants. Of course it’s all about the pool which is completely spectacular and beautifully maintained. Kitchen has excellent appliances, and it was a pleasure to shop for groceries at the local Saturday farmers’ market a short drive away. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. Our family and friends had a great time in the beautiful pool and spa. There was a little trouble with the pool heater, which Hector fixed and monitored constantly. The kitchen was the best equipped one I have ever rented. The barbecue area and evening out door lighting are relaxing and over the top. We walked to shops and restaurants. Best vacation rental What a magnificent time I had at this home! From the first moment I arrived at the house I knew my stay was going to be a memorable one! The house layout is incredible due to the fact that it is all open which facilitates the entertainment for all the family being together, and the five bedrooms with their own bathrooms are very large with great tvs in case you want the privacy. Kitchen is great and appliances are really high end. Never seen those appliances at a rental. The WOW factor is the pool! It really competes with any resort hotel pool! Also several tanning selfs for the kids and for us to lie down. Jacuzzi is incredible as well. Its so much fun to see the kids swimming through the glass! During the night all of the patio lights, pool lights, and fire pits make if feel like you are at a resort, but your family are the only one! Plenty of sitting space for everyone inside and outside! Lets add that all showers are incredible, but the master showers wins the prize! We were able to walk to all restaurants and shopping from the house, so you don’t really need a car at this location! To end my review I have to give credit to Hector, who greet us and is always super nice and attentive. Where does one start? That the home is located in one of Palm Springs most beautiful and historic neighborhoods? That its walking distance to bars and restaurants and museums and shopping? Or that the pool is truly on a level with any resort? This is hands down one of the greatest vacation homes I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. For a party of 10 there could not have been a more perfect home. Each room is large and each room has its own full bathroom with large flat screen TV, so if people need to get away from the group, you have your own space to relax. And the rooms are super quiet and the bedding like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve read the other review that complained that there weren’t enough places to sit inside (one very comfy long couch, a table with 10 chairs, and two more soft leather chairs near fire place) , but when you spend 90% of your time outside at the pool, who cares? Could it have used a couple extra bar stools? Sure. But when you have endless lounge chairs, recliners on the pools Baja Shelf and a fire pit lined with padded seats, you are pretty much covered. I would highly recommend this property it’s spacious and beautiful. We had 5 people and there is more than enough space and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We had a chef come in and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare a great meal. It is also close to downtown Palm Springs. Hector was a pleasure to work with!
